Hello, my dear readers!      Do you remember my previous post about flipped vocabulary video? This time we repeated the same concept by creating a flipped grammar video. Our topic is "illnesses" and our video aims to teach how to use "should" in a sentence. uscupstate      At the beginning of the video, we give brief information about the video. Then, the instructive part of the video starts. We show affirmative, negative and interrogative sentences and teach how to use them.       After this part, our doctor-patient dialogues come. We shot some videos with our families to make our students see real-life situations. Then, showed a game that our students can play at home with their families. Hi everyone, Today I will show you a film review of me and my partner Dilara. Our teacher created a wiki site for us to share our film reviews. We watched Green Book and wrote a short introduction and our criticism about movie. We really enjoyed while doing this work because we love watching films together. pixabay Green Book is a movie about racism. It shows us how people can be rude to others because of their differences. There is a black pianist who goes on a tour with his Italian driver. The story focuses on the pianist Don Shirley's struggles. imdb You can reach our film review  here . Please watch this movie then share your review with us. Here is Dilara's  post . You can read her experiences about film reviewing. See you in my next post!

You can write a word and see it in hundreds of different sentences. Using corpus in classrooms helps us to activate data-driven learning. skell      Corpus is a great tool because seeing all of the examples provides the student language awareness. For example, based on a preparatory book we prepared a worksheet which is about positive modal verbs. After seeing the verbs in the sentences, the student will have familiarity with the given verb. This will help him/her with future activities.       Here are our worksheets which we created on  Canva .      On our worksheet, I and Bengisu first wrote the instruction part. It's important for the students because showing the steps make them eager to start. We chose Skell as our corpus because it's free and easy to us...
